locking a list

Please lock this list so the order doesn't change. https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1... is a list I created for this collection. It's not a series and someone a few months back told me librarians can lock a list so it stays in order.

I do think the titles need to be changed. The real title is often entered within brackets, which makes it invisible in most layouts (text within brackets is treated as a series in the title field), and Harvard Classics Shelf of Fiction is not a title according to GR standards.

lethe, I mostly agree and have 19of20 on hand so could work on asking for changes. But what would you have for the title in a lot of these?

I've corrected no. 4 in the list:

So only the actual book title should show in the title field. The series title (which isn't a series according to GR standards) should be moved to the edition field. So vol. 13 should have only French Fiction in the title field.

There is no need to request changes for each volume separately. A librarian should just go through the list and correct each title.

I'm currently not up for it, but if nobody else responds here, you could post a new request with a link to this thread and ask that the titles be corrected.

Most of them need details added too so I will go through them one at a time to get that. I suppose I like seeing the collection name and volume up there myself but that won't matter with them in a list like this.
