Jamie walked into the market and glanced around. He was here with one goal in mind; to find something for his mother's birthday, which was a few days from now. He'd saved up some money for the past few weeks from his job at the bakery. He wasn't sure what he was going to get her, but it was going to be something special. Especially she spent all her time as of late worrying about his brother; Chris's broken leg. "I could heal that and then she would have to worry," Gabriel spoke up hearing his thoughts. Despite the past few months, Jamie still hadn't learned how to block his thoughts off yet. He shook his head in response, "No, that would be too obvious. People's broken bones don't just heal Gabe." His family knew nothing of the archangel using him as a vessel, or even that he had almost died, and it was going to stay that way. "Suit yourself kid," was his response. Rolling his eyes Jamie walked over to a vendor looking at what they had.
Gabriel glanced at the stuff Jamie was looking at trying to help him find something for his mom. It was weird spending time with a vessel's family. Normally he let their family's believe they were dead. Even let them have funerals. Ugh. That was not a pleasant experience. Though he kept the memories away from Jamie, he didn't need to know about that unpleasantness. Scanning the pile of stuff he noticed a bracelet, he could feel a sense of power coming off that. Grab that, he told Jamie making sure not to say anything out loud. Not that it matter since Jamie did so himself. "Grab what?" The bracelet. It has some sort of power coming off it, he explained. No way were they leaving that here for some random person to buy. "I can't get my mother some magic bracelet!" Gabriel almost laughed at the look the lady selling the items gave to Jamie. I know that. But we can't leave it here either. He told him grabbing the bracelet and a rather nice looking necklace that was nearby. Get this for her. Elizabeth will love it.
Jamie looked at the two items in his hand. The bracelet looked like a simple bracelet. Not like something magical, but what did he know. He was just a human, not an all powerful archangel like Gabe. And the necklace, well Gabe was right. His mom would love it. It was a simple pearl necklace, but it looked a lot like his grandmother's old one. His older sister Natalie lost it short after borrowing it for her wedding. "I'd like to buy these please," he told the lady with a wide smile. She just looked at him as she told him the price. He handed her the amount she said before heading towards the exit. "Nice going. She thinks your crazy," Gabriel told him with a laugh. Jamie however didn't answer.

Sahira sighed closing his eyes as he tried to go back to sleep. With enough concentration he could sleep for days sometimes even weeks at a time, it was the only way to make time pass any faster. Sahira didn't know how long he'd been there this time. It was difficult to keep track of time, but he would guess it's been at least twenty to thirty years. His last master hadn't been that bad a little vain, a tiny bit insane, but incredibly smart. He only used his wishes to get him out of especially sticky situations leaving Sahira to wander as much as he liked. His last master had used his final wish to save his wife and daughter who'd been held for ransom purposes.
This was so not helping him sleep, in fact it was doing quite the opposite. Sahira hit his head back against the wall behind him wincing at the slight pain. That's when he noticed there seemed to be something different in the air a certain presence that hed felt a long time ago. Whoever had the bracelet now was extremely powerful if Sahira could sense their magic from the prison that was his home. Based on that alone he guessed that whoever had the bracelet was either an angel, a demon, or another djinn. If it was a demon he was most likely royally fucked, demons didn't like following rules and so they were less likely to be kind masters/mistresses when they found out that Sahira could not in fact give them whatever they desired.
Then Sahira felt a familiar tug and he knew that somehow whoever of was had activated the bracelet and within a second he was in the real world; standing in front of who he assumed had activated the bracelet, strange he didn't look like any angel or demon he knew of. However the presence was undeniable he supposed that the human in front of him could be a host. Sahira cleared his throat before going into the whole spiel about wishes and their limitations. He sighed after he was done taking a second to really get a look at who his master would be for the unforseeable future. "So any questions? Any first wish requests?" he asked hurriedly. Sahira wanted to go, explore see what had changed while he's been away.

When the man appeared in front of him Jamie came to an abrupt stop, thankfully not running into him. He listened as he went on about wishes and stuff completely confused. When he finished Jamie could only stare, trying to process and understand what was going on. Though understanding wasn't coming easily to him. He opened his mouth to speak only to close it again when he found himself to be speechless. He could hear Gabriel laughing in his head, which was not helping. It's not often that you're speechless kid. He ignored Gabriel in favor of trying to wrap his head around what was going on. In the few months that he'd know Gabriel, he'd been teaching him about the Supernatural. Jamie has always been a quick study, but nothing like this had ever came up in Gabriel's teaching, and he clearly didn't have all the necessary information needed to understand. So instead he was left floundering and probably looking like an idiot.
Deciding to take pity on the kid Gabriel decided to take over for him. "Sahira, long time no see," he smirked letting his shield down that hid him from other supernaturals, showing Sahira just who it was he was talking to. Honestly the shield on who he or should he say what he really was, was mostly up so he could hide from his brothers. He had no desire to deal with them, which meant precautions had to be made so they couldn't find him. Gabriel hadn't seen or spoken to the djinn in a long time. Well long time by mortal standards that is. Though for an immortal it was still a gap in time. "Don't mind Jamie, my newest vessel, he's just a little confused. He's knew to the whole supernatural being actually exist thing. Haven't taught him about djinn yet," he explained, mirth evident in his voice. Jamie had apparently decided he wasn't speechless anymore and that he needed his voice back. "What!" he gasped out confused. "I...I...I don't...you...you know him!" He spluttered out confusion evident in his voice. Gabriel laughed, "Yeah, he's djinn. Haven't seen him in awhile."
Jamie nodded even though he still had no clue what was going on. "Right right," he agreed as if he knew exactly what that was, "and I djinn is what exactly?" He questioned turning to Sahira for the answer, since who better to learn what exactly a djinn was than a djinn them-self? That and Gabriel wasn't being particularly helpful at the moment. If anything he was just confusing him more. All he knew was that a. Gabriel knew the guy, b. he was a djinn (whatever that meant) c. he probably had something to do with the bracelet Gabriel made him buy. There was no way he and the bracelet weren't connected. That was just way too big of a coincidence. It was then that he realized he was being rude and hadn't actually introduced himself. "I'm Jamie, by the way," he told him sticking his hand out for a handshake, a small smile on his face. "And you know uh Gabriel already. Obviously," he stated a little awkwardly. He could feel Gabriel roll his eyes. And wasn't that weird. His body doing something without him telling it to. It wasn't a bad feeling, just different. He honestly didn't think he'd ever get used of it.

Sahira sighed as he waited for the human in front of him to say something. Sahira could give him basically anything he could ever want and he was just standing there, his mouth just kind of hanging there like a fish out of water. Maybe five hundred years ago he would've found the sight amusing, but now he kind of wanted to punch him in the face being in a small enclosed space always seems to bring out Sahira's more violent tendancies. Nothing against the other male but, Sahira's patience had worn thin from all of that time cooped up in a small cell. The human was lucky that Sahira couldn't actually hurt him, it was apart of the binding spell that Camilla had placed all those years ago. Sahira sighed snapping his fingers in front of Jamie's face. "Hello anyone in there?" He asked sounding rather impatient.
Sahira crossed his arms lips pulling up into a small smirk as Gabriel made himself known. "Thank goodness, I was starting to think the kid was mute, which wouldn't exactly be a problem, but it makes it so much harder to communicate and you probably don't really care, but it's good to you," Sahira said quickly. After so long talking to himself it would take him awhile to relearn how to talk normally again. Sahira let himself take a minute to look Gabriel over, the arc-angel really hadn't changed all that much since the last time Sahira had seen him, immortality could really be a blessing. Sahira hadn't changed either, except for perhaps he looked a bit more haggard and was wearing fifty year old fashion, but that could be changed with a snap of his fingers. As the thought came to mind Sahira snapped and a puff of blue smoke emitted from his fingers and in a second his appearance was once again pulled together, not exactly a noticeable change, but it made Sahira feel better in any case. Sahira's regarded Jamie/Gabriel carefully. "So this is your new vessel, cute, but utterly clueless you sure do know how to pick them." He remarked, black marks suddenly wrapping around his wrists. Sahira didn't have to look to know they were there, a cruel reminder that he was never really free.
"Mmmhmm we've been friends for a long time," Sahira says, chuckling softly as Jamie continue to struggle for words. "Basically Djinn are semi-immortal beings, the first of us were born from fire, and we all have incredible powers. Powers that put us on par with most lesser angels and Demons. Any questions?" He asked, knowing that answer was probably yes. Sahira could already tell that Jamie was rather inquisitive, he just hoped that Jamie wouldn't ask about his connection to the bracelet, or that Gabriel would explain for him. It wasn't exactly one of Sahira's favorite topics to talk about considering all the history that lay in that lay in that little bracelet. "I think Gabriel already introduced you," Sahira said lightly, taking Jamie's hand anyways. "And as Gabriel already said my name is Sahira," He said. Sahira was going to have fun this time around, Jamie seemed easy to rile up and was cute to boot.

Gabriel couldn't help but laugh at the idea of Jamie being mute. Jamie who talked more than he breathed, the same Jamie who had to be forced to shut up most of the time. "Jamie, mute...now that's adorable. Though you should win something for making him speechless, Sahira. I don't think he's ever been speechless in the time I've known him," he told him wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "I think the only time he's quiet is when I'm talking, or he's asleep. So congrats. But it's good to see you too buddy." Gabriel could feel Jamie's indignation at Gabriel basically telling Sahira that Jamie never shuts up. It made him want to laugh again, but he refrained from doing so, mostly because he didn't want Sahira to think he was laughing at him, but he also didn't want to annoy Jamie too much. "Well he was almost dead when I found him so..." he shrugged as if to say 'what can ya do?' Though the image of Jamie dead bothered him a lot. He hated seeing it. Jamie was too, good to die young and yet he almost had. And maybe it was so Gabriel could choose him as his next vessel, either way he didn't like it and refused to let him die anytime soon.
Jamie stepped away from Sahira when he took over control, mostly because it almost seemed wrong being that close to him as if they were friends, when they weren't. It was one thing when it was Gabriel, since they were friends, but Jamie didn't even know him, not really. "I am not clueless...just...not entirely informed," he responded feeling himself blush at being called cute as he rubbed the back of his neck embarrassed. "I also do not talk that much, it is physically impossible for anyone, much less a normal human being, to talk as much as you say I do Gabriel. I do need to breath you know, which means I clearly can't talk as much as you say I do and...." he paused to take a breath, "and I'm just proving you're point right now aren't I?" he questioned as he heard Gabriel start laughing in his head as he talked. Yup you are Gabriel snickered in his head causing Jamie to hit the back of his head on the building behind him. "Sorry about that," he apologized turning to Sahira, "if I ever talk to much feel free to shut me up. Please because if you don't I will keep talking and probably annoy you, or say something stupid, or embarrassing, or embarrassingly stupid, or I'll just keep rambling until a make a complete fool out of myself, which I'd rather not do. It quiet embarrassing. That and I'm used to being told to shut up so, just tell me because...and I'm doing it again aren't I? Rambling that is. I'm going to shut up now," he snapped his mouth shut knowing his face was probably even redder than before from embarrassment. He could tell Gabriel was trying to keep his laughter to himself and in Jamie's head instead of laughing out loud like he probably wanted to.
"As I said Sahira shutting up Jamie isn't exactly easy," Gabriel told him once he had calmed down from his laughter. He could feel Jamie's embarrassment and figured he'd give him a bit of a break before he went right back to embarrassing himself again. "But yeah, we've known each other for...well longer than most beings can comprehend, let's go with that," Gabriel told Jamie, speaking out loud though so Sahira would at least be including in the conversation, especially since part of it was about him and it would be rude not to include him, "Oh and Jamie when you ask the questions I know you're dying to ask, one at a time please. Don't want you to bombard him with questions, now do we?" And with that he handed most of the control back to Jamie not that he wasn't as embarrassed and his face was a lot less red than before.
Jamie wasn't sure what he wanted to ask first. He knew the answer to his first question would probably bring about more questions, and he didn't want to forget his original questions. Though he had noticed the marks appear on his wrists Jamie knew not that ask about them, because of Gabe. It wasn't anything he had said, more like a feeling he'd given him that told him not to say anything about the marks, or the bracelet even. He figured it was a sensitive topic that he could ask Gabriel about later, when it was just the two of them. He didn't want to upset Sahira just to satisfy his curiosity. He hated hurting anyone in anyway. So instead he asked a question he figured would be alright to ask, "You said the first djinn were born from fire. What about the other's? The one's after that?" Ever since Jamie learned that the Supernatural was out there he had wanted to learn more about them, where they came from and what made them different from humans like himself. "I guess he already did," he agreed as his hand fell back to his side. Introducing himself had been ingrained into him since he was a child, it was practically a habit now, one that apparently meant he introduced himself if when he already been introduced, well sorta, Gabe hadn't properly introduced him so he figured it was okay.
