Android (and iOS) app development?

Hi not sure if this is the right place but could not find a group or list regarding the development of the android app (my platform). I thought about leaving comments on the Google Play page but I guess it will be lost.
There are quite a few bugs and irritating UX elements I would like to comment on and suggest new or alternative features
