Extra material in editions

Normally novels with Extras are combined with the full novel, but I wanted to clarify whether that was accurate for the following:

War and Peace: With bonus material from Give War and Peace A Chance by Andrew D. Kaufman

So it seems to me that it contains (part of?) another separate work, making it a volume with two works, not Novel+Extras. Would that be correct?

Judging by the Look Inside on Amazon, it's just an excerpt (and advertising gimmick) of the second book.
