As if I didn't have enough issues as it was! HaHa! (And now i'm cheating and looking at your Eighth Guardian references and going back to find those since we just read that one....shhhhh....)

Why do I feel so ripped off now to read a whole entire book and find NO new scavenger hunt words... Shouldn't every book at least have ONE??? It should be a requirement! LOL!@Vicci Audio Nerd - Thanks for the reminder on Open Minds!

Haha...I feel the same way!! Just finished an audio book and didn't find one single word. I was temped to listen to it again because I didn't believe there was not one single scavenger word!

I wasn't sure if I was annoyed with the book for not having a word - or annoyed with myself because surely there WAS a word and I missed it!

QUESTION: re: BONUS #2 StrollerWould "pram" work? Characters are living in England in 1930s and refer to pushing the baby "in his pram."
I have a passage that states "His eyes changed color with every shift in the light." Would this count for someone with different colored eyes?
BC: Pram would work. Yes.Ashley: are his eyes just going from like green to hazel or something like that or are they really changing to a more fantastic color? What I'm overall looking for is either two different colored eyes or uniquely colored eyes (like purple, gold, silver, etc).
Also, as long as the dress is red on the top then that would work.
Thanks for the questions!

TY:)
I don't think the eyes are what you are looking for, but the dress will work.

Sure BC. I'll accept that.
Jonquil wrote: "Sprinkler and blind date took forever; but I'm done!!"Wait...all done, as in all of them? Congratulations!!! I'm super jealous. I have yet to finish one of these. lol
QUESTION re 38. Pool TableWould "billiards" work? (The book doesn't mention the table, just that the characters play the game.)
Paris, would just mention of a scavenger hunt work? or does there actually have to be one. This is the context: "She going to do one of her, uh, what do you call it, not scavenger hunt- Treasure hunt"
Ashley wrote: "Paris, would just mention of a scavenger hunt work? or does there actually have to be one. Yes this would work. Also, I'm sorry that I didn't see this. Goodreads drives me bonkers sometimes.
I'm down to my final five items: caviar, sucker, watermelon, pearl necklace and bonnet. We got a little over a month left, how's everyone doing?
Also, if you have any items you'd like to see on the next hunt that starts in October, please PM them to me!
I need to update my post - was so happy to find mustard yesterday!I'm down to caviar, sucker/lollipop, watermelon, s'mores, blind date..
I have only two left - S'mores
Hot Tub
I'm reading a bunch of older books right now, and I have a couple of nonfiction ones in the pipeline so I doubt I'll find those words anytime soon ...
Whoop Whoop Whoop ... found "hot tub"So the only one I'm still missing is "S'mores" ...Anyone know any good books featuring Girl Scout camping trips?
Grr s'mores is going to be my eggs benedict this time I think.incidently that came up in a book I read a couple of days ago, I nearly cried lol
LMAO!! No doubt! I about threw a party when I found "mustard"... Had no idea there was such a strong affinity to mayonnaise until trying to find me some mustard...
Omg! You haven't roasted marshmallows over an open fire just to squish that gooey goodness between two graham crackers and Hershey's chocolate???
Hmm no ......Grahams crackers??? we have crackers for cheese, don't fancy them with marshmallows though??
Yuck - no regular crackers for cheese! Graham crackers are sweeter crackers... Usually honey flavored... We make a lot of pies on graham cracker pie crust!
Okay I have to find these elusive crackers and squish some marshmallows in them and cover them in chocolate. They sound like something we have here, can't think of the name though........I'll be back lol
Nope, I've just Googled s'mores and they look disgusting haha! I won't be making any of them, I will not be looking for crackers yeuch!
