Should I wait for fall/spooky time to read this? Or should I read it now before the movie comes out? Help!

Read it now. Always better to read before a book's visuals come out. After all, the charm of original cant be felt in imitation.

I would see the movie first. Because the book is always better -- especially when you're talking Stephen King -- and seeing the movie afterwards can be a real belly-flop.

Read it now. I'm currently reading it myself and it's really good but it takes me forever. Also, I feel like I enjoy adaptations more when I've read the book a while ago and can't recall every detail...
Read It now! I first started the book back in January and I just finished it last month! It was so good!
Read it now, before the movie comes out. That's what I'm doing (I'm currently reading it and loving it). Plus, it takes place over the summer so it almost adds to the atmosphere to read it in the same season it's set in.
wait because it's a long book so would feel nice to just devour under a blanket when it's raining so all cosy. You could light candles and especially near Halloween it's kind of creepy (can you tell I love atmosphere when reading?)
I didn't even know there was another movie coming out based on this book until I read this discussion. I hope it's better than the original one.

I am obsessed with atmosphere reading!! I might do that.
