I'm super excited! My son has a field trip tomorrow to the aquarium in Cincinnati, so I'm tagging along (following the bus). Scholastic also happens to be having a warehouse sale tomorrow for school employees/librarians/homeschoolers/etc. and I am super excited to be swinging by there on my way home from the field trip! I'll be sure to let you all know about my finds/deals! Has anyone else been to one of these?

Yes!!! It is a black hole...you should take a non reader with you to make sure you come back!!! I loved it!! The one here opens today as a matter of fact!!!! My husband is not happy.....Lol!! I will be going tomorrow with cash....and I will only spend what I take......I will only spend what I take!!....last year I just used my debit card....I got a little carried away!! Have fun!!!

I did good ladies! I spent about $35 and only bought books for my kids! It was hard not to buy books for me...but I kept telling myself that I have enough to read at home! It was well worth it! I got about 12 books for my kids and a couple of pens for them too. They had everything that you would see at a scholastic book fair, so YA novels and middle grade novels were present. Loved it!

Ok....so I was looking through amazon kindle books....because thats what I do when I'm bored...also why I have too many books....any who...I found this .....and I dont know how I feel about it.....I feel like as a reader you are cheating yourself out of an amazing story by condensing it to 30 pages or less ......thoughts????

No, this is horrible!!!!! There's no way anyone can get this story and all the wonderful parts in just 30 pages. I mean, Lous family is a big part of who she is and Wills parents and their drama, I mean all key things that would fall through the cracks. I'm against it!

Okay so mu cousin literally just graduated on Saturday....and her boyfriend got busted cheating on her that night....because she was with us...her family and not at a party!!! Any who she is an avid reader and actually the first person to turn me on to Sara Dessen.....So I want to buy her a book that says forget the high school jerk....and find you man in college!!! Out of the thousands of books between us which do you think best says this?!?!?
