This series is ya/paranormal, the age groups would be around 10-15 I think. So this girl lives with her dad and she's inherited her mom's ability of being able to see ghosts. Her mom apparently left her dad. In every book a random ghost starts following her around and they won't stop until she helps them "move on." The series also had some romance in it, I remember there was the boy in her math class - she was bad at math - who she liked, and he had a girlfriend, but he eventually became the main characters boyfriend. They broke up because she was hanging out with this other guy trying to find out information about the ghost she was currently helping who was his sister. I haven't read the entire series but at the end of the last book I read, she found her mom. I remembered this main character really liked hairstyling lol. The cover of the book has the cartoon-y image of the girl and the faded ghost right next to her. I recall reading it in 2013/2014 but it might have been published in the early 2010s....Please help!
