WHERE DO I POST TO GET READERS TO REVIEW MY BOOK?

Where is the best place here to post for people to review my book? Would it be in the section 'GENERAL'?

You join a review round or the one for one thread.
We ALL want reviews here and we achieve them by helping each other out with non-reciprocal reviews. No one gets 'free' reviews here. You have to work for them.
Start the process by turning your goodreads 'user' account into an 'author' account so people can see your book (s) and contact you about it/them/

Sorry for bothering you, again, but how do I TURN MY 'USER' ACCOUNT FROM 'SER' TO 'AUTHOR'?

Add your book to the database.
When its 'live' you'll see on the book's page (at the bottom) a question 'is this you?' click on it.
