last week at work i was chatting w a coworker (young) in the breakroom and he was like “yeah i really want a pet lizard” and i was like “i want a horse” and he’s like “where are you gonna keep a horse” and i was like “IN THE BACK” and the two of us laughed really hard while another coworker (older, like 50 years old) was like “???? you can’t keep a horse in your backyard that’s illegal”

anyway it’s like 3 am at this point and i can’t sleep because i’m so stressed out about the bathroom

there are so many decisions to be made.
the main decision is slowly killing me?? do i want a claw foot bathtub or do i want a walk in shower with jets that spray from every wall???

what color scheme do i want? should the walls be painted or just completely done with fancy tile? do i get rid of the mirror that doubles as a cabinet? are we gonna get a new vanity/sink or are we just gonna repurpose the current one? if i get a walk in shower, will i ever be able to bathe again?

i’d have to go through my pinterest boards to find the shower head that i really want but it’s like built into the celing and it’s a large square

i am leaning towards a shower with a glass door versus a tub with a shower curtain. also, brown for the color, like different shades, with tile that looks like brick and has texture (not for the whole thing, but for accent). the current mirror/cabniet, i don’t want to keep it, bc most of the stuff in there is trash anyway (it’s my dumping ground for random bottles of like, expired vaseline and shit), i want to replace it with a cool mirror that’s a circle/oval shape maybe? the vanity is also kinda ugly and won’t really match with the new color scheme so that’s gonna go bye bye.

asl, before anyone comes at me for wanting to help LGBT+ people before other groups, i’m saying this specifically because as a queer teen in an ugly situation, i know that this shit sucks and it’s hard to find good resources and it’s really hard to live during times like these, it’s almost to the point where it’s pretty much legal for employers to fire their employees for being queer (there’s actually laws floating around about this!), and i’m just saying that it’s unheard of for a guy to be fired for marrying his girl, but it’s totally a thing for a girl to be fired for marrying her girl.
