This is totally random, but if you don't yet have one, try downloading a stress relief app. I just downloaded one and it's so relaxing. The one I downloaded has like a bunch of small things to fiddle with from basic mandalas to color to bubble wrap popping to doodle screens to rock stacking to fish tanks to all kinds of stuff. It probably sounds a little stupid but it's weidly relaxing and it may be worth finding an apple version for your iphone so if you're ever out at school or something then you have something calming and relaxing if you are needing a small escape or to get out of a panicky mode

soooo misha gave me quite the fright this morning when i went to go feed them and then stepped in a puddle of blood,,, 🙃 three hours at the emergency vet and she’s fine now

plus being at the emergency vet killed me too, there was a dog having seizures in front of us and a family had to put their dog down and the little girl couldn’t stop crying and yeah

she’s got a little bandage on her paw now and she’s going back on tuesday to her regular vet for another checkup

Antistress. I have it on my android. Idk if they have a version for iphones but if they don't you can probably find one like it. I also downloaded one called Oasis which is a super mellow and easy clicking game where you basically make a little oasis and put animals and stuff into it and the animals say these cute little affirmations and stuff. Haven't decided what I think of that one but it's cute
