Pre-game drabble

Sorry there hasn't been a Postgame report for a while. I couldn't do an accurate report because the past two games have ended really late.

ANYWAY. It's obvious we're not gonna do shit this season, eh? I mean, I still believe, even though we're 0-4. My heart's still telling me 14-4. My brain's telling me maybe 5-11. If we're lucky.
So, yo, here's advice from someone who's been let down time after time after time by Detroit teams (except for the Red Wings bc 24 straight playoff appearances ily guys). This season already isn't worth much. Use what's left of it to experiment. Rookies, 2nd and 3rd stringers, etc. should be used in place of Matthew Stafford as quarter back.
I mean, he sucks. It's plain and simple. He. Sucks. I have never seen anyone, not even Tim "Fuck me now" Tebow, throw away as many balls as this guy. He doesn't THINK. He doesn't UTILIZE his receivers. He has one thing in mind and one thing in mind only when the ball is snapped, so when *gasp* something doesn't go right, HES SCREWED! It kills us. Time after fucking time it lets us down more than the Tigers' bullpen.
Our coaching staff is amazing. Okay, maybe not Joe Lombardi but still. Our receivers are GOLD. We legit have Calvin Johnson on our team. It doesn't get much better than that. Defense is pretty darn good a well, maybe not amazing since Suh was replaced by Ngata (who's injured, I think.), but it's still good. Obviously, the issue here is Matty Stafford, and the people who are holding onto him for dear life- when, in actuality, he sucks more than me on a Friday night.

And a very depressing Postgames it is.

Final score: Arizona 42, Detroit 17.

First quarter defense gave me hope. Back to back sacks by Ziggy Ansah and Jason Jones ignited a spark of hope and faith in my Lions.

A spark that was soon extinguished by a droplet of water. Then, further dampened by a cup of water. Then a bucket. Then, an ocean.

The turnovers! The fact that Ameer Abdulla returned punts over TJ Jones for the first quarter! Stafford sucking! Stafford sucking even more! STAFFORD SUCKING!

The stadium was empty. Even the fans gave up. Coach Caldwell gave up.
Matthew Stafford sucked so badly, he got benched.
Dan Orlovsky playing QB while the Lions have no wins?
*horrifying flashbacks to 0-16 season where Orlovsky was our quarterback*

I can't even describe this. I can't even describe the way that this offense literally makes my heart hurt.
