Actually, switching would be great. Our cabin up north is literally a forest on one side and a beach on the other. The area is virtually abandon, except for a farm and cider mill, and the other cabins are unoccupied at this time of year. Secluded from everyone else, you would love it.

Cabin? O_O Ok, I like secludedness, but to an extent. I don't do that kind of stuff. City girl in a cabin in the forest with freaking spiders EVERYWHERE is a BIG no no. BIG. Beaches are good though ;) But seriously... Plus, being in the middle of nowhere with my family is.. insanity. I would go insane. Without a doubt. I'm also not good with super cold weather.

It's my great grandmother's 80th bday party. My mom is really close to her so there is no way out of it. It's all family going, a lot of which I haven't seen in a while.
