I was about to go home and there she was standing in front of me

I feel like I'm going to either pass out or have a panic attack before Monday. This is so nerve-wracking.
Pretty close brush with death today.
I was biking down Michigan Avenue (crazy busy city road, goes all the way to Chicago) with my cousins, and we were going south in the tiny lane between the sidewalk and traffic. The cars were going north, and the road was really uneven. I heard someone call my name and turned to look, because Tom was biking right behind me, and when I turned, my front tire hit a rut and I swerved into the next lane of cars coming TOWARDS me.
I managed to catch my balance and swerve back before anyone got too close… but man, was that ever freaky…
I've almost drowned several times xD
