The first book that comes to mind, is You by Caroline Kepnes. This book creeped me out!

Anna Dressed In Blood by Kendare Blake. I dont know what went wrong exactly, I just know I was excited & then bored to tears.

Lockwood & Co book 3 “Hollow Boy” by Jonathan Stroud. I plan to read this book this month! Hopefully for Spookathon!

The first book that comes to mind is the book that i'm currently reading; H.P. Lovecraft - The Haunter of the Dark

I love the cover of The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

If I here magical I immediately think about the Harry Potter books so that will be my answer.

A book that I was really excited to read and wasn't my cup of tea in the end was The Ocean at the End of the Lane

I have like hundred books I still need to read on my shelves but a book that constantly goes on my TBR but still never read is Dark Places by Gillian Flynn

I LOVE the cover for Night Circus as well! I havent read it yet, but I want to!

Also, I wanted to read The Ocean At The End Of The Lane. So maybe Ill save that one for a later date lol

IDK if this describes October, but Anna Dressed in Blood is probably the spookiest title I can think of lol

One of my favorite main characters ever was put into some really terrible plots, so I'm gonna put the third book in The Madman's Daughter trilogy down for this especially, A Cold Legacy

I DNF'd Ocean at the End of the Lane this summer!

How is H.P. Lovecraft going? I'd love to get into some of his stuff but I'm not sure if the writing is for me 3

The book im reading is a bind up of various short stories he has written and the writing style was getting used to. He makes really long descriptive sentence.
The stories are really interesting and eery. My cat jumpscared me while reading these

Possess by Gretchen McNeil! I haven't read much else in YA that was as spooky as this book.

The School For Good and Evil series! (Er, the first three books since those are what qualify. :D) I recently started it.
