adding all editions of book to review

Sorry if this has been asked already but I can't for the life of me find out how to add all editions of this book to my 'read' review? I've tried combining but it doesn't work.

if the editions were recently combined, it takes 24-48 hours for the caches on each book page to update comp0letely and show all reviews.

Ah right thanks, I thought it was an instant thing.

It's not changed yet, I'll check tomorrow. Because I've fiddled around with it now it's showing that I've read the book 3 times, can 2 & 3 be removed?
