I have a question about the read a thon. If you have already started a book can you count it for points?

So if the book is 375 and you read 110 you add the 110 to the page count but no points are allowed.

I've never tried a read-a-thon before. I'm not that fast of a reader, but I'd love to join. :)
Could someone clarify something for me? I noticed there are challenges with the read-a-thon. If I were to complete a BINGO line, for example, would I count that as a bonus point when I'm claiming my points?

After you read the book that finishes the line, you can just say that you finished a line when you claim points.

How weird, I was just thinking I'm in need of a readathon! I have a 17 week old baby so will have to see how it goes, but yeah, I'm in!

We will have the optional point system again. This is a way to add some competitiveness into our readathons (we all love that!) and a way to push ourselves to read more!
Our point system will look like this:
Pages:
450+ : 5pt
300+ : 4pt
200+ : 3pt
100+ : 2pt
Under 100 : 1pt
Sequel: 4pt
First In Series: 3pt
Standalone: 2pt
Prequels & Manga: 1 pt
***Everyone will start at the same time. For those outside the US, we will have a Start and End clock so we all start and end at the same time! Sine I am EST, I will start at midnight.
