Billy O'Callaghan For anyone who might be interested, two of the stories from my recent collection, 'The Things We Lose, The Things We Leave Behind', are being serialised on RTE Radio One's Book On One programme this week. The show is broadcast in five parts, every night after the 11 pm news.
If you are outside Ireland and feel like listening, you can do so through the RTE Radio One website. The broadcasts will also be archived for playback for the next month.
Here's the link, if anyone feels like checking it out:

Billy O'Callaghan I don't know if there's any interest in this, but RTE Radio One have decided to re-broadcast the two stories from my recent collection that were recorded last summer.
The stories that will be running are 'The Things We Lose, The Things We Leave Behind' (the title story) in three parts, and 'Are The Stars Out Tonight?' in two parts.
For now, it can be caught either live or on playback, through the website.
From next week (from March 30th), all five parts will be archived for a month, and this is probably the most convenient way to listen.

Billy O'Callaghan Last night, RTE Radio One's Book On One programme broadcast the third and final part of the title story from my collection, 'The Things We Lose, The Things We Leave Behind'. Tonight and tomorrow night (11 pm), they will broadcast my reading of another story from the collection, 'Are The Stars Out Tonight?
I read both stories, so be warned: Cork accent ahead!
For those interested in listening in online, you can do so by clicking on the link below. The entire five nights of readings will be archived on the RTE Radio One website, and can be accessed freely and in their entirety over the next month.
