Goth isn't always evil. There is the fairy goth. Which is pretty much just black with glitters and wings. Sure we experiment with magic. SO WHAT!!?? It doesn't hurt anyone, and it doesn't mean we're evil. You guys are just jealous!! JK :)I mean vampire goth can be creepy, and graveyard goth, but creepy is KOOL!! You like Halloween. Right?

hehe im vampire goth, or so im told. My fiance is definantly hard core goth. He tells me im his little vampire, my mom calls me a vamp too. So i go by a vampire goth now. I think people are just confused by how we experiment with dark magic a uiji boards and shit like that.

hehe yesssss! i loove this group1 it is so nice to know im not one in 5000000 million and im the only freak, well im srry. i dnt consider u guys freaks, i just like being around people like me, were i am there are not many people like me so im a bit of a loner. my fiance has recenly passed on, from his own stupidity i guess, so im all alone know :(

actually, most emos dont, emo doesnt mean u cut urself, it means ur like a goth but more emotional, lik u actually have happyness and stuff

yeah...i know. simply mentioned that my nick name is Ema (ee-ma) and people started caling me "Emo Ema"..... that's what i considered myself. it was sad :(
i know...also i moved to oregon from alaska. and people thought i was an eskimo......before i knew it the boys called me eska-hoe!!!

well....i never told u this but, I'M A WITCH!!! i'm 356 yrs old this fall!! i don't keep track of the exact date anymore. (JK JK just quoting Bewitched...the TV series!! NOT the movie....not NEARLY as good as Elizabeth Montgomery!!)

Agreed. What a bummer :/I've always been a dark person. When I was little, I was exposed to a lot of Goth/Emo music. When I was kid, I favored ghost stories.
Today, I'm an IntelGoth. And I agree with you all -- Goth is not evil at all. The media has screwed our image up quite a bit . . but still, I do not point fingers.

True.Today, I was over at a cousin's house. My cousin's neighbor came in with her two smaller children and sat down. She hasn't seen me in awhile - the last time, I wasn't Goth - so she asked about what I was into these days. I didn't have my makeup on at the moment, but I answered to her that I was taking part in the darker subculture.
She was taken aback. Her reply, "Gothic? As in, like, you worship the devil and all?"
I was taken aback. That might give you an idea of what people think . . *shudder*
I have nothing against Satanism. Not a lot of Goths practice it. You can still practice it and all .. but still, pretty rare.
I don't know how rare the religion is anymore, it's been recognized by the government.
