Please correct me if I'm wrong. But from the way I understand the structure within goodreads so far it means that the book is not an individual part of the series but just a subversion / edition of the already existing book #2 of the series.

You don't want The Belgrave Daughter in there at all? We can leave the book # off or add .1 like you have in the title.

0.1 is fine but I'd prefer if it wasn't there at all since it was an older version of Part 1 of Book 1
