Just A Ginger | 116 comments I felt a reading slump come on, so I had to put down a book I was reading. Hopefully I can find some interesting books that will make get me back into the reading mood!

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 9905 comments There is some serious competition with this challenge. :/

My only hope now is to speed read a ton of 7 point books or hope that people forget about this challenge later in on. Hopefully I can just speed read. lol :P

message 116: by C.P. (new)

C.P. Cabaniss (cpcabaniss) | 8238 comments There really is some major competition going on here. More than we've ever had for a quarterly challenge, which is pretty nice. But all of those higher series books are making a big difference!

I was one of the ones who forgot about this challenge and have only read one book that is part of a series. Silly me! Haha.

It's easy to forget. I have a folder full of my challenges so that when I finish a book I can just go through the threads. ^-^

Plus I tend to read only series books. I hate standalones. :/

message 121: by Just A Ginger (new)

Just A Ginger | 116 comments lol there may be some competition but really, the important thing is, to get these series finished!

We all have so many series sitting on our bookshelves that we need to finally finish. I am so excited I got through a few already! I want to get through them all so I can start new series! :D

C.P. Cabaniss (cpcabaniss) | 8238 comments Yes, feel free to set them up. Elizabeth is going to be doing most of that from now on, but it can get a bit carried away for one person.

C.P. Cabaniss (cpcabaniss) | 8238 comments Great! That's honestly the most helpful. Maybe we can find a couple more mods just for keeping up with little things. It gets hard with more and more people becoming active. It's good, just harder to keep up with. :)

Have you guys read Legend before? It's one of my favorite series.

I am definitely your little things kind of girl! I can do most of the questions and thread updates. If someone is busy I can also do the Book of the Month.

The hardest thing for me is scores and things like messaging and putting together challenges.

I'm really bad at math and I'm not great a putting things together in a cogent manner. :/

message 139: by C.P. (new)

C.P. Cabaniss (cpcabaniss) | 8238 comments Well all the little stuff is good. One of us can usually keep up with scoring. And coming up with challenges is my favorite part. :)

Just A Ginger | 116 comments I read Legend once before, but I stopped after the first book since I didn't have the others. I am so excited to get back into it.

& after I burn Siege and Storm (Shadow and Bone, #2) by Leigh Bardugo in an alcohol fueled rage, I neeeeed a better series.

lol. That one wasn't my favorite series either but I don't remember it being that bad either. :P

message 143: by Just A Ginger (new)

Just A Ginger | 116 comments I won't remember it at all in a day, it was so boring, all filler. ALL filler. It will be a good fire starter.

message 144: by C.P. (new)

C.P. Cabaniss (cpcabaniss) | 8238 comments I actually really love the Grisha books. :) Ruin and Rising is my favorite though.
