SOLVED. Medieval/highland Romance with theft. [s]

This is actually about two books that follow the same theme , where the heroine marries the hero ( a chief/laird) in order to steal from him , but I can't remember the names for the titles

Book 1: she marries him because her make family member wants her to steal a ravens eye stone from the hero that their two families have been fighting over for years. The hero has a friend named Alexander or something like that, I'm not too sure. She ends up not stealing it and throwing it into water but he (the hero) believes that she did and kicks her out

Book 2: the heroine is tasked with stealing a piece of cloth from the hero, but ends up stealing a cloth that looks similar in order to trick the people who asked her to. However, the hero believes that she stole the actual cloth

Are the two books part of the same series and by the same author? If yes, it's fine to request a series in one single thread.

The two books are a different series , but the first book has already been found! Thank you @ Kym. Now that I have found the first book, I can find the second one on my own, thank you all for your help !
