Of course, I'm joining the group hoping to find some new readers that might give me honest reviews.
I also review books. You may see some of my reviews by clicking:

Happy to be here and hope to lend some reviews to the works here and to receive some as well. See my post under Self-Publishing. I write crime stories and some science fiction. Like to review those crime stories and will review hard/military science fiction too. Hope to make connections. Thanks everyone!

One after reading Famine to Civil war and giving it 5 stars and posting it on Amazon, she purchased Poison Fruit and she gave it 5 stars and she said she could not put it down. I would like more reviews. I am here to answer any questions you might like to ask me.

I have a few free Tales of the Troupecopies available to me for anyone who would like to review it.

I published my first short story fantasy/crime eBook in February, named "Our Different Paths-Part 1". It is about how an innocent child becomes a criminal when he gets a supernatural power from a mysterious source and how he ends up with a plan to rob a bank.

John Vassar here, joining this fine group of people as a newcomer to the world of indie publishing. After many years, my first SF novel 'Provider Prime' is finally on Amazon's bookshelves and the reviews I've had so far from readers have been very encouraging. But, I confess, I'm after more.
I'm a little uncertain as to the protocol here for getting a book shared with potential reviewers and don't want to break any community rules - can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

I'm Walter Danley, a retired investment executive that now writes thrillers instead of living them. I have published The Wainwright Mystery series withThe Tipping Point: A Wainwright Mystery (book #1), and Inside Moves: A Wainwright Mystery(book #2). Currently finishing the 1st draft of Blasted Past, an historical western with a fantasy twist.

I'm E.A. Padilla. I've been a member of Goodreads for several years now. I'm also a self-published writer. My influences are early Stephen King, Tom Clancy and John Grisham. I write action-thriller suspense stories based on history fiction.
Last month, I published my third book "Tunnels". The story surrounds the discovery of a huge underground invasion tunnel dug by the North Koreans into South Korea. The reader is educated about the deeper issues surrounding the separation of the country. It's a page turner full of suspense, twists and turns. See the synopsis on my website or on Amazon for more about the book. I'm looking for readers interested in reading "Tunnels" as well as providing an honest review.
For those interested, please see my profile on my website www.eappublishing.com. Find my "contact info" under the "Press Room." For those LIVING IN THE United States, I will mail you a signed copy of "Tunnels". Just email me your name and address and I'll mail you a "signed" book.
I hope you enjoy "Tunnels" and appreciate this opportunity. I am confident you will enjoy it!

I'm an avid reader and I found myself with quite some free time recently! I'm also in the process of exploring a career change and starting a new degree in English this fall. This is why I'd like to be more actively involved in the book community and what brought me to this group!
I'd love to read and review your books!
Nice to find you all! :)

Hi Alkisti,
I've just read your posting and am wondering if you would like to try my "The Red Grouse Tales".
Needless to say, I trust, I did check you out before starting on this mail and noted that you have read Philip Pullman (that's a great series!), C S Lewis and Jostein Gaarder and it is your choice of these three authors that made me decide to write to you because I think, if you liked them, you might well like my stories.
Mine are speculative fiction, fantasy if you like, but not in the Harry Potter sense. In my tales the fantastic happens in relatively ordinary, everyday situations. They also contain elements of religion and morals (ref the C S Lewis connection), and also a splash of philosophy (the Jostein Gaader connection).
Can I suggest you have a look at my web site http://www.lesliegarland.co.uk where you will find more info about my tales and also some sample chapters, and also check out some of the reviews here on Goodreads Leslie W.P. Garland. If after this you think you would like to try one, please get back to me. I am always interested to hear from "adult readers who like to think about what they are reading".

So please, if there are any young adult authors out there that need to kick start their book, I would be happy to help by reading/rating and reviewing :)

Hi Joannes,
I'm interested. Thanks.

My name is Dan and most of my work is published as 'D.V. Nobles'. I self-publish through Createspace and Audible (Amazon) and I am wading through the murky waters of how to get reviews. I have tried lots of the things that people suggest. The latest thing was to launch an ad campaign on Facebook to offer free copies of my book (bought and shipped to them at my expense) with zero results. I am hoping to have some success here with fellow writers & readers who understand the passion.

Hello all,
My name is Jim; my current project is the third book in a series. It's Southern, character driven, and I've been told by various people that it's YA, NA, or literary fiction. If you're interested in having a look at "Pushing Back", the first book in the series, and maybe writing a review (and weighing in on genre while you're at it), let me know. I'm at jhartsell1152@gmail.com. We'll figure out how to get you a mobi or a PDF. Can't afford to send out hard copies; starving artist and all that.
Thanks.

I'm in the production stage of my third book, Rut-Busting Book for Writers (http://www.nancychristie.com/books/ru...), and looking for other writers who are interested in reviewing it--either the ARC or post-pub.
Since this is also my first self-pubbed book, I'd love some tips on how best to promote it: what worked for you?

I would love to review your book--either the digital or hard copy. What is your deadline?
Judy

I know how vital reviews are for writers, so I also read and review any book that I can complete.

Hi Judy,
If possible, I'd love to have some reviews done by mid-September. The ARC should be ready by the end of this month if not sooner, so I can send it as soon as it's ready.
Nancy

within the last three days, I have received news that we are going to the beach for four days and having company over Labor Day "Week" and more company Sept 24 to 28. I will try my best to get you a review by Sept 15. I see your "Sign of the Green Dragon" is 181 pages. How long is the one you want reviewed?

I think you've got me confused with Nancy. Best check with her re: her book length. :-) If you want to review for me as well, I'd love that. You can let me know if and when you have time. All my best, Lee

I guess I spliced you and Nancy together! Sorry. When would you want a review? I really like YA and Middle grade, especially dragons and all that brings. We have a great one working in our critique group right now. Let me know if I can help.

I'm K.G. This seems like a wonderfully supportive group.
I'm a newbie to this world of indie publishing. I'm thrilled about learning from all of you. I'm happy to review your books if given enough lead time and provided with a free hard or soft digital copy. I'd also appreciate it if some of you are game to do the same for me.
I will be self-publishing my first book on January 1st 2018 on Createspace and Amazon (Kindle). It's a holistic model of leadership based on nature's way (Taoism/tai chi chuan and yoga). The way or "model" challenges conventional business thinking and is designed to help leaders get real with themselves, their people and the planet. It is presently being edited. The cover and title will be revealed in the next month or so.
My background is in consulting, coaching, change and talent management, and career counselling. Going into many organizations and coaching hundreds of people, I discovered that what leaders spent their time and energy on, often failed to inspire their people and create sustainable change. Leaders often (unintentionally) created a culture of distrust, made people ill, and damaged concentration, productivity and creativity. This is not another book on how to drive or manipulate people to squeeze them to produce. It is having leaders turn inwards in order to create space or culture that genuinely inspires people. This book takes you on my own journey as I cross the country and follow a dream (literally) to follow love and the learning I gleaned along the way.
So, if any of you would like me to review your book, or if you'd like to review mine, say hi and send me a message.

I guess I spliced you and Nancy together! Sorry. When would you want a review? I really like YA and Middle grade, especially dragons and all that brings. We have a great one working in our ..."
I'm open as to time for a review of that book. If you're interested just let me know. And if you are, will a mobi file work for you?

Looking forward for Honest reviews!
The Trainee Undercover

The Fall of Lilith is an epic fantasy with dark elements about angels.

I'm Kameron and I'm looking to get a bit more reviews for my debut novel Roads of the Righteous and the Rotten. It's a heroic fantasy and a bit of a psychological thriller. The protagonist is a man hiding from a dark past, trying to find his place in a land as corrupt as the past he's running from. A dangerous faction vies with the realm for control and, in order to help lighten the burden of his past, our hero attempts to help save the people from the inevitable conflict that would follow.
I'd be happy to provide a digital copy if anyone is interested.
Thanks!

I have a book I think you might like, Ellie. THE KING'S HIGHWAY has a cast of characters from 9-16 and is a futuristic dystopian, but this scenario could happen as soon as tomorrow. They're even talking about it on TV news! I think it has ALL 4 and 5-star reviews so far, mostly 5-star. I hope you'll think it is 'special'! It's the first od DAYS OF DREAD Trilogy :)

I also have a Christian contemporary romance series, a Biblical fiction series, and I write for mid-grade and YA :) I'm happy to send a PDF for an honest review, hoping that you'll find a new author to add to your favorites list :)
