SOLVED. Children/YA book with famous monsters like Frankenstein and Dracula. [s]

I read this book in the early 2000's, I think I got it from a book fair.

This book had black and white pictures usually every chapter . The plot was a boys uncle who is a scientist(I think) takes the boy in after his parents die. They are on a road trip while they get to their new home, I remember the uncle gives the boy pickles from his hamburger because he needs the vegetables.

They finally reach their new house or something and they encounter famous monsters like Dracula and Frankenstein, swamp man etc. The monsters are friendly and I think they had phobias. Like Frankenstein was too nice but people were afraid of him and Dracula I think was scared of the sight of blood.

There was humor in the book and it was usually puns or dry humor. In the end I think the uncle gets with one of the female monsters and Frankenstein helps with some bullies that the kid was dealing with.
