#930 (previously thread), #954 (previously thread), #2, #9, #84What else is need to prove that THIS edition doesn’t have an ISBN and that that ISBN belongs to THIS other edition?
- It’s not a case of ACE (different publishers (they’re even rival companies!), different translated titles);
- I posted links to Wordlcat showing both editions (HERE and HERE);
- On the Brazilian ISBN Agency site (http://www.isbn.bn.br/website/consult...) you can check the edition whose ISBN belongs to;
- I posted a link from a bookseller showing several pictures of the book (I know we can't use info from booksellers, I linked it so I could show a picture of the bibliographic record of the book);
- Last but not least, not only the ISBN was wrongly put on this edition but also there’s a duplicated entry, therefore should be merge.
Sorry for being so insistent, but I hate to shelve a book with wrong information.

It had an ISBN but Kindle editions don't have ISBNs so I removed it.

Hi, I would prefer this be a deletion, but it might be a merge, what do you think? This edition of the book, I self published in 2011 and it had a completely different ending and a lot of other changes throughout. My author name is listed as Penny Wright. Penny is my nickname. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...This edition was published by a traditional publisher in April of 2016 and is the only one available in libraries or for sale. Could we delete the first book? The one where the author name is Penny Wright? That is best case scenario. If they need to be merged, could we do that, and keep the cover art & author name of Penelope Wright?

Yes, there is a duplicate because you created this edition without an ASIN (presumably, in the absence of a format), and then an auto-import created a second instance because the ASIN did not exist. And because too many users have added the edition without the ASIN, it now requires a superlibrarian to merge them without losing the ASIN. Please do not create books without ASIN/ISBN.
