I just added a paperback edition of my book Doctor Bell Anthology that was already on Goodreads with amazon kindle edition ASIN B06Y3P7YWX. The kobo edition is no longer for sale. The paperback ASIN 1521267510 is showing up as a separate book instead of one book with ebook and paperback versions. Could anybody help fix this? I'm not even sure if I'm in the right spot for asking.....

Please delete Doctor Bell Anthology kobo ebook ISBN13 1230001628586. It is no longer available for sale.In my Doctor Bell Anthology paperback ASIN 1521267510 published july 12, 2017, it should be published by Jan L. Mayes. Not Self published as it reads now.
