How Would YOU Do the Ending?

In the Last Olympian, they have the big war with the Titan army, right? It ends with Luke being the Hero of the Great Prophecy and stabbing himself in his "Achilles Heel" (AKA his forearm under a load of armor) with the Cursed Blade (Annabeth's knife, cursed because it was a weapon of a broken promise). Kronos, temperamentally controlled by Luke's love for Annabeth, was defeated by the body's original owner. Not dead, just defeated, scattered in dust, hopefully too thin to rise again.
That is how Rick Riordan ended it. But if you were the author, how would you end this book? After 30 comments, I will reveal my personal ending. Now, I want to hear your creativity!!! Tell me your thoughts on what you would do differently.

Honestly, I couldn't change the ending. Riordan did a wonderful job of wrapping up the series. He packed it with action, emotion, and pure demi-god awesomeness! In addition to ending the series, he gives us a thirst for a sequel series, the Heroes of Olympus.
The amazing ending is already stuck in my head, and I couldn't even think of another way to end it if I wanted to.

If I could change the ending , I would only change the part when Luke dies . I would have liked him to become a good person and help others, just like he used to, before he turned evil.
Imagine the change it could have brought in "The Heroes Of Olympus"!!!

If I could do the ending I would make the Rachel story line a little different, making sure that the Percy and Annabeth story line was secure I would make Rachel like someone else. Maybe. I don't know- it's pretty perfect as it is- Luke gets both Justice and retribution and the faith Annabeth has for his never weavers- I like that.
