He is out for Charlotte, I hate the man and when he was talking about the worm and you should have brought him in and tried to help him and stuff, all I kept thinking was "what the hell?" Then taking the brothers to that sordid place and blackmailing them. How awful I really thought Gabriel and Gideon were going to do his bidding. So, what are your thoughts on the worm scene? I personally think it was quite an upgrade from other action scenes we saw in previous books.
Bridget sure is very creepy, with her mournful ballads usually very appropriate for what's going on in the scene. I wonder if she will have a key role in the plot. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ there was definitely more action than usual. I liked that but there were 1 or 2 points where I had to reread a bit to fully understand what was happening. That might just be because I’m tired though. I did like that it was an action scene with lots of characters involved at the same time.
I think something about Bridget has to come up later or it wouldn’t really be worth having her in the books. (hide spoiler)]

Yeah. Jessamine sure will be different.
I am really liking Gideon's character. He's so reasonable and mature. And it's so wholesome to see Gabriel, who is otherwise quite loud and restless, find comfort in his brother's presence.
I am glad to see Henry taking a bit more interest in workings of the Institute. Though it's still unexpected every time he speaks up for or against someone.
Umm..While I agree that Jem dying will probably be more realistic, I don't think that's actually gonna happen. His death due to disease is being talked about since book 1. I can't imagine the author wouldn't put some twist there. (hide spoiler)]
