Are these the same/related?

When I look at these books, it seems as if they may be the same series - but just a different printing. Perhaps Librarians (or others), in their great(er than my) wisdom, can confirm or deny they are related.

What I think may be true is that The Outer Banks series is the same as the Cape Hatteras Trilogy, and therefore, the books would correspond. Certainly the plots seem to correlate.

For instance:
Teetoncey and Stranger from the Sea: Teetoncey.

Whether they are the same (but different) or not, they need series names included as part of their titles.
