I had a pretty good month, but my favorite i.e. of them all was Falling Hard by Pamela Clare! I love everything she writes and I love this one too!Other standouts for me include:
The Thing About Love by Julie James - another favorite author, this was so good!
The Viscount Who Loved Me by Julia Quinn - Loving this series now that I can listen to them!
Royally Screwed by Emma Chase - So sweet, love Emma Chase!
Garrett by Sawyer Bennett - Emotional and so good!
I also enjoyed The Only One and The Hot One by Lauren Blakely.
Some top reads for me:One Call Away by Felice Stevens - An emotional journey, but so sweet at times
Make-Believe Marriage by C.A. Quigg - I don't normally go for fake-marriage stories, but this one I enjoyed a lot
Ready For Love by Stella Starling - my only 5 star last month, I'd really been looking forward to this story and I'm so glad it didn't disappoint
Looking back, I had a great May as well!! More 5 star books lately than for ages...The winners:

MountainKat wrote: "Those months happen Monique, but you still had some good ones!"Yeah, I hope June will be better. I have some nice romantic and hot books in mind for summer :D The only problem is that right now studying for exams takes so much of my time. But I need to read books that have nothing to do with my study or I will go crazy :P
May was real good to me. I read a total of 15 books.I had two 5 star reads! YAY!
The rest were 3 and 4 stars. I really had a fantastic reading month.

I know I can get so focused on what is next that I forget about all the wonderful books I read for the previous month's challenges! Are you ready?! Summer is here ready or not! Have you got big plans or do you have a staycation in mind with lots of reading? Either way, this time of year is great for lighter stories or the longer days give you more time to get with more depth. What do you prefer?
Did you find some gems last month? DNF a few? Find your new book boyfriend or a heroine who personifies TSTL? Come on, we all want to know! What were your standouts for April? Are you looking forward to anything special in June?
