A hacker has hacked into an army base in another country. I think they were rangers. The army rangers are on a mission to rescue a female hostage from terrorists. I think the female hostage was a scientist. The hacker interferes with the mission, then helps the mission. Large part of book from point of view of hacker. 3 books series. Don't think it had hacker or hostage in title.

Found it. Title of book is Raptor 6. Searched for hacker in local library database, since found book in local library.
