When Mickey goes to see Judge Holder and she advises him of Jerry Vincent's death and his windfall, did she do anything at that time that caused suspicion, either in that moment or retrospectively from your point of view?

I got tingles when Mickey went in and found her with her husband and she required him to report to her regularly. Something was off.
