ABANDONED. A book about a guy who grows up on an island

The book I'm looking for starts out with this guy waking up in his room where his "trainer" attacks him. He has two swords he has from his dead parents, the hilts are of dragons. He also has a magic bow from his mother. He grew up on this island and is an excellent fighter. He ends up leaving the island in order to go explore the outside world. I remember a part from the book where the sailors that are taking him off the island teach him how to throw knives. Any help with this would be great, it's driving me crazy.

It was an ebook, I read it probably around six months ago, maybe up to a year ago. I'm not really sure if it would be considered adult or not, but based on what I remember I'd say It's probably a young Adult book. I do not remember the cover.
