Would you like to make your comments spiffier but don't know how? Here's a short tutorial:

TO ADD A BOOK OR AUTHOR TO A COMMENT
1. Click on "add book/author" at the top of the comment box.

2. Type in the name of the book you want to add into the search box(or alternately, click the author tab and type in the name of the author you want to add into the search box).

3. Choose whether you want to insert a picture of the cover or a just a link to the book in your commment.

4. Click "add" beside the picture of the correct book ... et voila!

TO START A NEW DISCUSSION TOPIC
1. Click "new" beside "topics" on the discussion board.

2. Write the name of your topic.

3. Write the name of the book that you're talking about (if applicable), and choose the correct book from the drop-down list.

4. Select the folder in which you want to place your discussion (or you can create a new folder if you're a moderator).

5. Type your new topic comment and post.

TO USE HTML TO FANCY UP YOUR COMMENT
1. Click on "some html is ok" for a quick html cheat sheet.

2. You can do:
links
• images:
bold

italics
underline
strike through
pre-formatted

blockquote to set apart and indent your quotation from the body of the rest of the test like this

A new paragraph. But why not just press "enter" instead?

(view spoiler)

Which yields the formatting you're currently seeing on your page now.

Any questions?
