Anyone know any good apps or sites to read manga without viruses and other harmful stuff to computers?

You could always go with the major publisher's apps. I believe Viz has one, and I'm pretty sure that Crunchyroll has one as well.

Can't speak for how good these ones actually are (since I didn't really read the article ^^;;; ) but I recognize a lot of them as publishers and distributors (like Amazon).
