Series / author fixes

Greetings!

Several of the books by this author should be listed in the Bloodlines series, such as A Time for War, Control Under Fire, Fighting Phantoms, Blood Brotherhood, Heart of the Enemy. Zachary M. Sherman, Damage Control, Depth Charge. Zachary M. Sherman, Emergency Ops. Zachary M. Sherman.

Some of these entries also need tweaked. For instance, Emergency Ops. Zachary M. Sherman has the author name listed directly on the title line. Damage Control. Zachary M. Sherman needs merged?

I removed the author name from the title.
Is the order of the titles you gave the right order, as it seems not to be the chronological or publication order.

I just grabbed them in order as I found them, not in publication order.

However, I'm confused: I don't see the series name from the author page, as Cole Family Trilogy shows on Noah Gordon's page.

The author page has a heavy cache so it can take up to a few days before it is visible on the author page.
