No response to librarian application?

I applied to be a librarian a week or two ago and have gotten no response (either through my personal email or on Goodreads). I tried to apply again, thinking I had left something out, but Goodreads told me I had already applied. How long do I wait to hear back on my application?

You'll only hear back when accepted. It might just mean they don't need any more at this time or ones to do do what you listed on your application or it could mean you were turned down.

Same here Mark - perhaps they are too busy to answer right now, it would be normal to reply yes or no to the applys :)

see the comment above yours...this is what GR has said - You'll only hear back when accepted.

I received a reply at 7am this morning (not that I was checking my emails then!) after my application a couple of weeks ago. I had previously applied about 2 times in since last July before, but never received a response. It pays off to wait!
