Duplicate editions, one orphaned

Listing for this book is in a quandry and I need a librarian to please sort it. As shown below, it has two separate listings:

Zero Protocol
Zero Protocol

The first one includes both print and e-book but does not appear to be linked to my author account.

The second one only shows the e-book edition and IS linked to my author account.

Need one listing with both editions linked to my author account.
