Towers, Amazing Race, The Hunger Games, and Supernatural Monopoly. I used to do only individual challenges as I would always miss the sign up dates.and for the last year and a half I have only done group challenges but I have been looking at some individual recently. I like a mix of task and spell it out :)

Good ol' audiobooks I pretty much listen all day long while I work when I get home. I even bought a second pair of Bluetooth headphones because I usually had to stop because my headphones would die.

Ive just come across the word Amethyst in Outlander.Page 558, '...a lovely shadowed amethyst among the clumps of heather...'
Maybe reserve this one for Detour 8 if we do it. Will we need to do the detour as Boa Vista has 8 letters (enough for the team right?)
I think I have worked out what I will do for Detour 5 (Kolkata (IN) - Darwin (AU)).The Kingmaker's Daughter includes the characters of Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick and King Richard III (of the York line.)
Finally worked that one out. I was going to go with Elizabeth of York and Elizabeth Woodville but realised this book is next in the series.
I am currently reading a book (courtesy of Netgalley) where 2 characters have the same first name (Victoria). But even though the author, Buffy Andrews & several of her books are on Goodreads, this particular book is not. It will be published on 12 June, so maybe it will find its way to GR eventually. :(If not, we can always fall back on good old Shakespeare. :)
Can you ask a GoodReads Librarian to add it for you? I don't know the rules on when books get added however Ive asked a librarian to edit and add details before.

If we are doing the detour, I can read The Other Wes Moore: One Name, Two Fates by Wes Moore which has two characters with the same name.
Twist, now I also have a book that fits that detour if we go for it.

Aaaagh, I have no idea if any of my tbr books have characters with the same name. Looks like I'm in for a heap of googling in the next couple of days! This one is tricky!
Michelle, have a look on the book's GoodReads page as some will list the characters of that book.If it is listed, it will be under the blurb on the main book page.
I will look and see what I can find!! Can't believe none of the books I have read thus far has that!! BOOO lol
Hey guys, I don't know if anyone will be interested in this book but Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green have two characters that have the same name. I've been meaning to read and since I haven't and I already have a book for the detour, thought it a good idea to share it with you guys since we need it.Also, I also tried my luck in using Google. The best I can come up with is An Old-Fashioned Girl by Louisa May Alcott which apparently has a father son same name deal.

That's what I thought, so I started looking for the books people had already found so I could see if I had any of them available, that was the only one, but If I find something different before it comes in I will read that.

I was struggling big time to find something else and didn't really fancy reading something that I wasn't interested in just for the sake of it.
Little Women and Good Wives also have 2 characters with the same first names. Mother and daughter both called Margaret + in Good wives father & son called John - if anyone would like to give it a try. :)
