Loved this! Great Tintin fan!"
Always loved Tintin since childhood. Read them all many times.
That's great, Fannie, because it's the same here. Like Hergé Studios advertised : "For enthusiasts from 7 to 77"!And since you're reading in French and in Montreal, I'd guess your first language is French! :-)
I read them all in Portuguese, as a child and a teenager. After sometime I started to read Tintin albums in other languages, like English, French, German and Spanish.
I have also started wrinting detailed reviews of the albums, but I've written only a few yet, and they're still in Portuguese only. Hope to continue this project and translate the reviews into English as well.

I am indeed a french speaker. For once, it's great to read something in its original version. :)
What's your favorite album?
I read the two moon albums, "Destination Moon" and "Explorers on the Moon" around 1969, so it was a great topic then! I was very impressed as a boy by the two Inca albums as well, "Les 7 boules de cristal" and "Le temple du soleil". But I think my favourites still are "Le Secret de La Licorne" and "Le Trésor de Rackham le Rouge"!French titles just for you! :-)
