I definitely agree with you! I loved Noah too! Like he seemed like such a good friend (or would have been at least)! I LOVED Gansey though! Honestly this is one of the only books that I don't have like a stand out favorite; I just love all the characters so much!

I was surprised to find that I did. But yeah, Ronan <3 It's not that I see him as a book boyfriend or anything, I'm just super protective of him. And yeah, I like Noah and Adam too, but Adam is starting to annoy me a little, especially reading The Dream Thieves...

Yeah, I'm going to start reading that soon. His decisions at the end of the book were kind of annoying! I do feel bad for him though! Okay really important question here, who do you ship? I know there's like 50 million ships in these books, but I want to know who you ship?

SAMEEEEEEE!!! It has to happen I mean it was always so cute when Gansey would let his true self out and Blue would be like "I like you better this way" I was just like awwwwww!!! And how she told him that she couldn't kiss anyone after he was like "I could kiss you right now" Their banter is just so flirtatious that it has to happen!

Well, YA Rules state that if you say someone is destined to be together then they must eventually get together. I'm just hoping this isn't one of those times where an author decides to break the rules (which I'm usually all for)

Just a heads up to anyone who is now reading this, there will be spoilers from this point on, so if you haven't read the Raven Boys yet, do not continue reading!

My favorite thing in this book is how well the Raven Boys and Blue get along! I've always wanted a group of guy friends like that! I also love all of Blue's family! One thing I didn't really like was how the full truth has not yet been told. Or takes forever to be told! I wish they would just come out and say everything (even if it is more realistic the way it is right now)!

What about you?

Good point! I also loved the friendship and family dynamic that Maggie Stiefvater had going on.
I don't know how to describe my favourite part. I just got the same feeling from it that I get from Daughter of Smoke & Bone. The world felt that much more vivid and real than what I usually feel while reading.
Least favourite thing was honestly that my paperback copy was terribly made. My least favourite thing about the actual story however was the pacing. It was well done but slow, and that's partially why I'm struggling to get through The Dream Thieves right now.

I feel you on the slow part, but I feel like, like you said, the world just captures you and it just ends up going a lot faster than you think!

Yeah, as I said, it's not badly done I just mildly struggled with it in The Raven Boys and am really struggling because of it right now. But also because of a mild book slump.
Favorite was Gansey least favorite was Whelk. Speaking of Whelk, were you able to guess who killed Noah before it was revealed?
I hadn't guessed that he was dead! That completely shocked me. But as soon as I found out I knew who had killed him.
Yeah same, like it was a shock to me and then all of the pieces started piecing together as soon as it was piecing together in Gansey's head! I was kind of wondering why there was a random persons POV in the beginning that didn't really make sense as well!
I know!! I was just starting to wonder why Maggie Stiefvater had even included Noah as a character because he barely seemed to be contributing to the story when that bombshell was dropped. I apologise, I shall never doubt the authors reasons again. Or at least not until the book/series has finished.
