Thanks! I think we all do. :-)

(Okay, so maybe I'm actually an errorist sympathizer...)"
Those errorists are a sneaky lot. Just when you think your copy's clean, suddenly your rong.

I'm sure that, as authors, you've all written that one book that's your "baby." The one that isn't just a book but is a tiny chunk of your heart, because it's so special and has been knocking around in your head for so very long. My baby is Typo Squad, and since I want it to get into as many grubby little mitts as possible, I'm posting about it here.
And yet, even as I hype up my wee piece of literature, I find that my nerves are frayed. What if it flops? What if no one beyond my Aunt Ethel ever reads it? (I don't have an Aunt Ethel, but she's a singular representation of the friends 'n' family circle.) No one ever told me releasing my baby into the wide world would be so hard.
Anyway, here's the link to the preorder: http://amzn.to/2pPlbYe
And here's the blurb:
Typos are lethal to 98% of the population. Be thankful Typo Squad is on patrol …
Richard Shonnary was a Typo Squad legend. He had a gift for seeking out and destroying errorist cells, and was almost singlehandedly responsible for bringing about the end of errorism. But one night, a single errant bullet fired by his brother prematurely ended his career.
Convinced to come out of self-imposed retirement after five years, Richard unknowingly gives rise to his greatest enemy — Anton Nym. Will he and his new partner be able to stop this latest threat before deadly typos are unleashed upon an unwitting world?
Thanks for listening. If Typo Squad sounds like your cup of tea, or you have proofreader/copy editor friends who have always wanted a book where guardians of the English language are the heroes, please feel free to spread the word.
Off to have a glass of port to quieten my nerves.
