Editions of same book not all connected

I actually think these two editions are duplicates. The difference in the cover comes from the angle the picture was taken. Request posted here

Further, Reeves and Carnes are in my book but there are on the copyright page and are not listed in the Library of Congress Cataloging Data. (There is another name listed, Lia Ronnen, Editorial Assistant; what did she do to not be listed in one entry?) I opted to not list the Editor, Ed. Asst. or Designer. If wrong, I can add (if system allows me).

I wouldn't add these names as well, if author and or editor are known

Tim, are you able to confirm for this book that the picture of the cover is for the flap jacket and the book is red underneath? We are trying to establish if the covers are identical and the red line here is part of the cover or caused by the angle of the picture.
