May M-o-M Challenge – Paige
Begins: 01May17 / Ends: 31May17

Our April M.o.M. (Member of the Month) was Paige. So this challenge is based on the information she shared about herself.

1. Paige has been married for 33 years - read a book whose total pages includes consecutive double digits. (e.g. 400, or 336)

2. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoys exploring farmers' markets - What's the last thing you bought at a farmers' market or street fair?

3. Paige loves tropical islands - Read a book set on an island.

4. Her husband says that Paige's best feature is her smile - What makes you smile?

5. Her favorite word is LOLLYGAGGING. - Read a book with consecutive double letters in the TITLE or the AUTHOR's name. Example: Tess of the D'Urbervilles (teSS or d'urberviLLes) or any book by Laura Lippman (liPPman)

Rules of the challenge
Books must be at least 100 pages in length
Re-reads are fine, as long as you actually read the entire book
Book should be finished within the time-frame of the challenge.
Any format ("dead tree," e-book, audio...) is fine.

If you want acknowledgement that you have completed the challenge you MUST include the date you finished reading each book.

- We bought some sweet corn at a farm stand and some blueberry cider at a farmer's market. It was around June last year, I believe.

3. Paige loves tropical islands - Read a book set on an island.

✔ 4. Her husband says that Paige's best feature is her smile - What makes you smile?
-Too many things to list....mostly my husband and my cat, though.

✔ 3. Paige loves tropical islands - Read a book set on an island - Well, it's Manhattan but about half the book does take place in Florida .... Fates and Furies ✔ - 15May17

✔ 4. Her husband says that Paige's best feature is her smile - What makes you smile? - Gosh, so many things, but these days it's the signs of Spring ... birds coming to the feeder or birdbath, kids outside playing, new flowers/plants.

Reading a good book that I want to rush out and have everyone else read. Of course, most people don't have the same taste in book that I do.
