Character Creation

I'm not going to have to approve any characters, but please try to make them appropriate, maybe with a bit of a hard past, but not too bad. The setting is at a school. A school that is in a town. A sheltering school, for ages 10-18. Special exceptions are allowed. The whole rp-ing thing will take place within the town, a quaint little place with quite a few interesting people. Character creation guideline will be posted below. Remember, I have school myself, so I will not be on every day, or even every week. I have a life (SHOCKER).
