Torri's prison cell that resides in a far off corner of the prison. There is an almost earie feeling coming from the cell. Chains, leatger restraints, and many other assorted items are littered across tge floor. The bed is in shambles, and tge walls seemed to be cracked even after getting constant repair. The only really unique thing about the building is an exstra slot on the door where food is pushed through the door without having to get inside. After all, you don't want to end up as another broken decoration for this cell.

Torri stood a few inches away from the door. It was soon to be mid day, and soon enough it would be time for her to make her move. Most of the guards were busy as of now with taking the other prisoners out for food or recreation. Which is why it was time to make her move. If she was quick she could hide in the crowd and go meet some friends (Even if her torn outfit made it easy for her to be seen). Not wanting to wait any longer she brought her hand to the door, the entire thing folding in on itself and flying off its hinges. She had done this several times by now, and there was probably an alarm going off now. Although Torri was not aware of it as she "snuck" out of her room.
Hijikata sighed as the door ripped off its hinges. That was valuable! He couldn't seem to get it in her head how valuable things were. He stood and stretched, walking out to meet her. Poor thing. He pitied her.
Torri, already having escaped a few times, expertly headed in the direction of the other female prisoners heading outside. She did her best to act as if she was simply "late" and tried to join the group. The other guards probably aware of who she was and tried to avoid her for their own safety while they made quick works of telling the higher ups who got out, or simply choosing to ignore the fact the girl looked like she just came out of a meat grinder.
Hijikata stared at her, temporarily disabling her power. "If you want to get out for recreation, you should really submit a formal request for my accompaniment. Not tear your door away. You might have injured somebody." He placed a hand on her shoulder. I suppose I can guide you while your cell is repaired."
"Daddy!" She said excitedly as she jumped at him. Calling him by the name she kind of forced on him she snuggled up against him like a small child would. Despite being nineteen she sure didn't act like it. "But it's so boring in my cell, and I wana go out all the time like the other prisoners do!" She whined with her signature pouty look.
He sighed, looking like he was just barely tolerating her attention. He was not her father. He wasn't old enough to be, he was sure, and... Well, he supposed it didn't hurt. "If you go out all the time, there's more of a chance that people will get hurt. I prefer you wait until I arrive."
There was a notion to lock her up over a crippling drop, so if she broke out, she couldn't get anywhere.

"But it's too boring! There's nothing in my room but chains!" She whined as she clinged to him. She was still against the idea of being locked up, and would probably risk the drop if it meant getting out.
He smiled lightly. "But you break all the toys and games we try to send," he reminded lightly. "Maybe we could play some chess or checkers or something." If he kept his eyes on her, she'd be okay...
She sighed. "I'm getting older now! I need more than just boardgames to be happy! I'll soon be an adult amd I bet adults don't play games all the time! They get to talk to people... and stuff!" She said firmly as she put up a rather abnormally long fight. She usually just complied when she was caught, so what had changed?
He tried to think. "Maybe you could play computer games, but I don't want to make a mistake and have you destroy thousands of yen worth of property," he pointed out, tapping his chin methodically. "What sort of people did you want to talk to? And what stuff?"
"There are lots of people around here to talk to, about lots of things! I wana talk to them!" She stated firmly as she put her hands on her hips. A chain on her wrist falling off on her right hand while her clothes tore where her left hand touched her. TORRI, f course, was unfazed by this but it was clear she wasn't ready yet to meet people.
He smirked at her. "I don't know. Will you behave? Will you not curse at the person you talk to?" He was teasing.
Torri frowned and put her hands on her hips. "Simce when have I ever used that language? I've always been a good girl!" She said with a frown as she hands stayed on her hips. She was quite grumpy now, mad her father would accuse her of that.
He smirked. "Well, if you promise not to," he said, seeming to disregard her upset tone, "I suppose I can take you to the cafeteria, and you can sit with some others."
"Really?" She asked excitedly, her mood perked up greatly at the concept of eating with other people. Even if she wouldn't know any of them, and they'd probably be focused on eating... "Hmmm," she said as she started to pout again.
"I'll be too busy eating to make friends!" She said with a small whine. It was apparent why she was never given a choice in the first place. She just kept asking for more.
He scowled, a vein throbbing on his temple. "The best friends are made over a good meal," he pointed out, "your mouth an talk and eat." He was just trying to be nice!
Torri's face scrunched up in confusion. His statement made no sense to her. How was she supposed to... Giving him an odd look and asked, "But how am I supposed to talk and eat at the same time?"
Torri's face grew even more confused. "Wouldn't I choke then? Wouldn't it be easier to eat and then talk, father?" She asked. Her little broken mind causing her to take things more literal than he wanted.
"That's what I'm saying! Eating and then talking, not doing both at the same time!" She said, a large pout forming on her face as she stomped her foot in anger at him.
He sighed heavily, then stifled a yawn. "Okay, okay. Let's just get going. You're making me hungry."
Torri would usually cheer at this, but there little conversation turned into a rather confusing thing in her head. She tried her best to debate how one would eat and talk at the same time. It was one of the hardest things she talked about.
He was totally going to just have to show her, then. He patted her arm lightly. Let's get going, shall we?" he checked, making sure she walked alongside him.
"Okay!" She said happily, her mind now distracted to go to the location. She was practically skipping ahead of him in eagerness to go somewhere that wasn't her cell.
