Author with same name

Hi!
I'm trying to sign up for an author page. My name is Heather Walsh and I wrote Deception, ASIN B06XRRHYMY.
However, when I click on my name, a different Heather Walsh comes up. The link at the end of the page that is supposed to be there ("Is this you?") seems to be missing, so I am unable to even fill out information to join the Author Program.
Can somebody help?
