Hi guys. Just to let you know I'm starting my books in any order. I don't know if we just want to complete one whole Part/Round? Or are we reading for any part or round??

I'm not reading in any particular order... I'm *planning* to read these in the next week or so:

Joyride by Anna Banks You Were Here by Gian Sardar Dark Matter by Blake Crouch The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making (Fairyland, #1) by Catherynne M. Valente A Wizard of Earthsea (Earthsea Cycle, #1) by Ursula K. Le Guin

message 53: by [deleted user] (new)

Alright. Because it will be good if we at least try to finish one or two parts completely. I'm going to be reading a book I've planned from Part 2

message 54: by [deleted user] (new)

You get extra 10 points for finishing a part so o yeah

message 55: by Amanda Setasha (new)

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments I'm reading Wintersong (Wintersong #1) by S. Jae-Jones right now. Started yesterday.

Next will be An Ember in the Ashes (An Ember in the Ashes, #1) by Sabaa Tahir .

How about if we finish a book we black out the box and make the text white?

message 56: by Amanda Setasha (new)

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments How many books do we need per subject/theme? Just one?

Yesha- Books Teacup and Reviews (booksteacupandreviews) | 722 comments Amanda Setasha wrote: "How many books do we need per subject/theme? Just one?"

I also had that question because I have 2 books fall in same description. And it's not mentioned. I think we can read as many as we want as long as 3 others are also reading different/same book in that particular description, we will get points. Better we clarify this with Sarah.

message 58: by CallMeSensei (new)

CallMeSensei I think we just need one per subject to complete a part.

And I thought we could only read one book per subject for points. And only four people can read in that subject... but I might be misunderstanding the rules.

message 59: by CallMeSensei (new)

CallMeSensei and you can only restart subjects when you finish a part, I think...or maybe it's the whole game?

message 60: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty | 1307 comments I believe that it is one book per descirpiton that is needed to complete the parts but they can be used four times by different people. I think it is when the whole game is compelted that it gets reset but I am not 100% sure.

message 61: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty | 1307 comments I'm currently reading A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1) by Sarah J. Maas and Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens

message 62: by Amanda Setasha (new)

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments We're a fun team, so I think our rules were different from the normal ones - you can go out of order and such.

I'm honestly confused. I just wanted to participate. xD hahaha.

you are right I asked Sarah and it's 1 book per description rule

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments Crossed (Matched, #2) by Ally Condie Birth of a Warrior (Spartan Warrior, #2) by Michael Ford

Can these fit anywhere in the list do you guys think? They have to go back to the library next week, so gonna pound them out anyways.

message 84: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty | 1307 comments You could use this edition of Crossed: Răspântii (Matched, #2) by Ally Condie for read a book with trees on the cover. The other one has a wolf in the middle of the shield so you could use it for a read a book with an animal on the cover.

message 85: by Amanda Setasha (new)

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments Sadly I like using the edition that I'm actually reading. :)
I'll had Warrior for the animal option though.

message 86: by Amanda Setasha (new)

Amanda Setasha (azenakira) | 1043 comments Crossed can count as Romance? Ya?

message 87: by ✦ Maica ✦ (new)

✦ Maica ✦ (maicacruz) | 687 comments I think crossed can be considered as romance ^^

message 88: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty | 1307 comments Ah ok, yes it can be counted as a romance as it's been tagged as a romance :)

Yesha- Books Teacup and Reviews (booksteacupandreviews) | 722 comments "Read a book by an author, or with a character who’s name starts with the letter ‘A’ (for Alan)"

Is it for any character or should it be main character? May be I missed this question in thread. Let me know if anyone knows.

message 90: by ✦ Maica ✦ (new)

✦ Maica ✦ (maicacruz) | 687 comments It didn't specify that it had to be the main character so I'm thinking that it can be any character in the book
