Halvor (Raknes) | 4772 comments This book is published with two ISBNs, the second belonging to a book club. Is the way I've dealt with it presently, mentioning the second ISBN as part of the book's description, an acceptable way of dealing with this or should I rather created a second, independent edition with all information identical except for the ISBN and publisher?

Krazykiwi | 1767 comments I'd personally make a second edition, in case anyone looks it up under that one (maybe they are making a to-read list from the book club catalog or whatever.)

But we're all volunteers, you're not under any obligation to of course.

Halvor (Raknes) | 4772 comments I won't mind making that effort at all. I just wondered what would be most appropriate. I figured, as long as people searching for the second ISBN were able to locate the book, that would be the most important issue. Bu perhaps they don't?

Krazykiwi | 1767 comments Unfortunately, the description isn't indexed, so they might find it by searching Google, or by looking the book up by title and finding the other entry, but if they put the ISBN in the search field here, they wouldn't.

On the other hand, if they did that and didn't find it, a lot of people would add it then, I guess.

Halvor (Raknes) | 4772 comments Thank you :-)
