Librarians can help with fixing book data but not with issues to do with site functionality.

When I discovered the ISBN scanner on the phone app I LOVED it and I used it extensively, usually in libraries and bookshops to bring up novels quickly.
Apparently, I used it so much that I filled it up and if I now try scanning an ISBN I get a warning message saying that if I scan something new a random image from the past will be deleted.
My questions; if the image is deleted, will that affect the books I scanned and then read? Will my ratings and reviews on those books also be deleted? And, finally, is there some way to clear the image cache without losing any of my read books or their reviews?
